Thank all of you so very much for all of your
hard work. This was, by far, the biggest outreach so far and it went
so smoothly. So many people were blessed, many came to know Jesus and
many were healed in Jesus name. This is the only reason we do
this...to glorify the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Psalm 89:11...The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; The world
and all it contains, You have founded them. 13....You have a strong
arm; Your hand is mighty, Your right hand is exalted. 14...
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne;
Loving-kindness and truth go before You. 15...How blessed are the
people who know the joyful sound! O Lord, they walk in the light of
Your countenance. 16...In Your name they rejoice all the day, And by
Your righteousness they are exalted. 17...For You are the glory of
their strength, And by Your favor our horn is exalted. 18...For our
shield belongs to the Lord, and our king to the Holy One of Israel.
We rejoice not in what we have done, but rather in what He has done
through us. Thank You, Jesus!! I look forward to partnering with all
of you again in our upcoming events and outreaches. You guys are the
best!
Something I recently heard: Where do needs collide with our personal
burdens and passions? When both meet, consider if that might be your
assignment from the Lord.
For His Glory,
Erin Herman
Outreach Director
I just wanted to thank you all for all the hard
work you put into the outreach...We appreciate and love you and look
forward in serving Christ with you...together we can make a impact on
God's Kingdom ...Its the love of God that will win. this city ! love
you all ....Melissa Blankenship
Just seeing the joy and peace of Christ all day
in every volunteer and staff member was amazing! Breaking down walls,
misconceptions, and watching people from all walks of life to truly
display the love of Jesus Christ. My hearts desire to see the body of
Christ working in one mind and one accord. Glory to His name!!...Angie
Phillips
I am so thankful for all the support, love and
prayer offered this weekend. It was so evident that God was present,
shining His grace on Shawnee. We are starting to see Shawnee open their
hearts and compassion for those in need. My prayer is that we strive to
help those in need and truly let God pave the way to a heart fulfilling
movement for those in desperate need for the continual love of Jesus
Christ...Anthony Rocko
So thankful to have the opportunity to be able to
give away 25,000 pounds of food & necessities to those in need.
This included 3,000 pounds of potatoes, macaroni and cheese, drinks,
candy, & much more...Glen Blankenship
I truly felt God smile Saturday! Numbers 6:24-26 (The Message) "24 God bless you and keep you, 25 God smile on you and gift you, 26
God look you full in the face and make you prosper." His blessings came
to pass, became so real there in that park...Brandy States
We estimate 3,000 people were helped at the
outreach. We had over 540 households register & receive the
groceries & necessities. Starbucks gave away over 650 cups of
coffee. And Taco Tico's owner, Andy Lockhart, gave out 3,500 bowls of
frito chili pies! How awesome to see so many people in our community
blessed all at once!
This outpouring of God's love could not have happened without the
amazing volunteers, who gave of their time, energy, money, & goods.
Thank you to all of the churches who organized & brought out their
groups & to the individuals who came on their own. Thank you does
not begin to express how much appreciation we have in our hearts for
each & everyone of you! You have blessed us tremendously!
